MONTHLY BONUS
The monthly bonus is based on your total value for the company. This is a mix of your answering percentages of the eight most important message groups in combination with the number of messages you have sent in each of these groups.
Requirements: at least 1250 regular messages and 250 pokes. Also you should have an overall plus score (=above average).
The top seven will be given a monthly bonus.
If you do not qualify for this (enough regular messages but not enough pokes or the other way around) you may earn yourself a small bonus if you end up in the top 3 of that group (if you have the next highest overall score and a plus score for that particular group).
PAYMENT
Paying party: KCS.
Period: monthly, first week of the month.
Minimum for pay out: 100 euro (if you have less it will be rolled over to the next month).
Invoice: monthly.
Minimum for pay out (if you either quit the job or get fired): depends on the total banking costs for your country, if the costs are higher than the amount that is left in your balance, paying is useless. The absolute minimum is 35 euro, but for some countries this is higher. Most common: PH 35, Jam 40, NG 45/50, ZAM 50+.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
500 messages monthly (calendar month). This is just the minimum, there is plenty of traffic to do (and earn) way more. This also means this is a hard requirement. They will deactivate your account for at least one month (the first time, 2 months the second time and so on, IF allowed). When your block expires, you can try again, but only if people are needed in at that moment, if not you may have to wait a little longer. Also you are supposed to spread those messages more or less equally over the month (so roughly 125 each week). The company reserves the right to close your account if you don't.
Important: If your account gets closed for either one of the above, you are deactivated, not fired. This also means that when you have less than 100 euro in your balance, the amount will be rolled over until you've started again and reach the 100. In other words, this company is looking for people who want to work and really do so.
QUITTING THE JOB
When you quit the job, you can not re-apply for 3 months. If you can't work for 7 days or more, you must take a leave. If you just stay away, this will be seen as quitting the job.
TAKING A LEAVE
A leave is always only in full weeks, so 7 days, 14 days, 21 or 28. This does not necessarely have to be a calendar week.
These rules for the minimum requirement, a one month block with no guarantees, the rolled over payments, it may all seem a little too strict to you.
But this is also because this company has very simple rules for taking a leave. You can always take a leave, with a one week minimum and a four weeks maximum at any given time, no matter the reason (i.e. study, vacation, sick and so on) but with one important requirement: you inform the company up front (exams, vacation) or right away (sick) and never after.
Because when you take a leave your minimum target for the month will be recalculated (based on 35 messages daily). And more important, you have a job guarantee, once you are back, you can start working again right away. This won't happen if you are going to inform the company towards the end of the month that you will or might not meet the minimum target, because you were sick or had to study.
You are an adult professional worker, you are supposed to know how much time you will be needing for your study or when you are too sick to work.
If you are not sure for how long (for instance when sick), you simply ask for a one week leave first and then inform the company before the week ends, you need to extend it with one week. You can do that up until a maximum of 4 weeks in a row.
Important: we hire you to work, you can not accept a job and then request a leave during your first month. If that would be the case, inform your coach right away when you get offered to start working and ask to postpone.
QUALITY AND RULES
We hire you as a creative writer, you are supposed to be able to follow the 'story line' of any conversation and write good replies in good English (grammar, syntax, spelling). You will get a link to a test first, to see what your general level is. If that is good enough to work with, you will get the full manual with all specific rules for your intake and training.
If your account gets closed for bad quality, making the same mistakes over and over again, ignorance (answering minors, not noticing your client is a woman) or lots of typo's, they will not rehire you again. There are no second chances. If you are able to do better, you should have done better right from the start.
